Story
On 1 July 2016 Shaun and Joey had their lives changed as what should have been a simple case of a friend helping another friend when he had a puncture turned into a life changing event as they mowed down by a hit and run driver.
Shaun lost both his legs and Joey suffered severe injuries to one of his legs.
Joey married Harriet in May 2016 and Shaun is due to marry Charlotte in July 2017.
I have great admiration for all four of them with the way they have worked through this together.
As a family friend I would like to be able to do something to help them get on with their lives.

8 years agoThank you for your support and generosity. We completed the challenge yesterday, it was hard work, I certainly wouldn't book it for a family outing. Matt and I were joined by Richard who came along to support and ended up joining in!
