I am planning on travelling to Botswana and Zambia on a World Challenge Expedition, to help build mudhouses for the local community. As over 1.4 million children in Zambia are orphans, we are building houses for them, as many have to live in slums. These conditions are so dangerous for young children, especially as over 1.2 million people are living with HIV. We aim to help these children by building them safe houses, away from the cramped slums. While we are out there, we will also be working with the Khama Rhino Sanctuary in Botswana, as they are trying to ensure that black rhinos do not become extinct. This is so important to me as there are only 5 black rhinos left in the world, 4 of which live at this sanctuary. It will be a once-in-a-lifetime trip, where I will experience and learn a lot. I would really appreciate all your help in funding this experience.
