We have finally decided to give a long distance run a go, so we have signed up to run on behalf of Age UK London at this year's Royal Parks Half Marathon. 

Age UK London is a great cause, it helps to make, what can be, the hardest years of everyone's lives a little bit easier. They give a voice to the older generation in our capital. 

We will be sure to post a few of our Strava runs on here so you can see the progress on the run up (rubbish) to the main event! 

The half marathon will be finishing near Hyde Park, and we will be going to have a well earned pint following the race. We will confirm details closer to the time, but if you would like to see the sate of us by the end please come along.
