Since I love cycling so much and helping others I decided to start ‘Cycle Your Heart Out’ to motivate people who also love cycling to fundraise for a cause or charity that they feel passionate about. So for my 27th birthday I have decided to cycle the shape of a heart around the city where I grew up in Milton Keynes on Saturday 2nd July!

The charity I have chosen to raise money for are a fantastic UK charity called Re-cycle - Bicycle aid for Africa They collect second hand bikes and parts and ship them to Africa where partners teach local people how to repair and maintain them. Which in turn helps them to improve their own lives in a sustainable manner. These Bikes give families the extra time to earn, learn and enjoy life.
