Care After Combat is to help to maintain and promote camaraderie in the Veterans community for those feeling vulnerable or at unrest with society. We look to provide professional assistance where possible for the well-being of Veterans and their family.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We very much appreciate how many times you are asked to donate to good causes, but we would be extremely grateful if you were kind enough to help us in our Charity effort to support Care After Combat through what will be an exceptional challenge of mental and physical stamina for 8 members of the Ship’s Company of HMS Sutherland.

In mid June, with a wave-off from the Chairman, Jim Davidson, we will set off from Plymouth to cycle over 1500 miles, non-stop 24/7, relaying between the cyclists, over some extremely challenging terrain, to take us to our affiliated County in the far North of Scotland when we will turn around at the impressive Dunrobin Castle and head back down to the Ship in Plymouth, aiming to achieve this in an impressive 7 days.

Your support will make this event worthwhile and we kindly request that if you can, then you make a donation, however small, to this extremely worthwhile charity that continues to support our Armed Forces Veterans when they need it most.

The 8 cyclists are:

CDR S Anderson

WO1 G Higgins

WO1 T Cox

CPO D Chilton

CPO G Tuach

CPO G Morris

CPO H Hannaford

CPO A Brennan
