We have all been affected directly or indirectly with mental health issues and we would like to support the local mental health services. As a team we would like raise awareness, reduce the stigma of mental health and raise money to help Mind - Norwich and Central Norfolk. 

As a team of 10, we are planning to deadlift 1 million Kgs in a 24 hour period. That's 2,000 reps each of a 50 Kg bar! We are going to push our bodies and minds to the limit to raise money and awareness for local mental health services.
