Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon 2015! I will be running this race to raise money for Allergy UK, the leading national charity providing advice, information and support for those with allergies and food intolerances.

My son was diagnosed with a milk allergy when he was about 9 months old. I've been writing about our experiences via my blog, Dairy-Free Switzerland, with the goal of sharing research, recipes, restaurant recommendations and more to try and help others living and traveling with food allergies.
