We've decided to run the Amsterdam marathon this year on Sunday 16th October, and raise money for the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society.

Two of our friends (and colleagues) live with this condition every day and we would like to show our support for their continued strength and perseverance by running this race for them.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition in which the immune system attacks the joint tissue causing inflammation, stiffness, pain and extreme fatigue. If left untreated, the joint can lose its shape and alignment and lead to permanent disability.
