Dale and Josh will be swimming a mile without any assistance from armbands or rubber rings, we will instead be strapping on our wetsuits and soaring through the turbulent waters like a rabid salmon all in order to raise money for Centre 404. 

Centre 404 continues to work towards building a community and a society where people with learning disabilities are valued and involved members of our community offering friendly, reliable and person centred support to people with a learning disability and their families in north London.
