We all know that cancer can have a devastating impact on people's lives, and both of us have seen this happen to family and friends far too many times.

We've paired up the London Marathon and Ironman 70.3 Staffordshire to create a gruelling endurance double header that we hope will get the message about cancer out there and encourage you all to donate, no matter how little or large your contribution, to our cause to help raise a whopping £4000 for the wonderful Welsh cancer charity Tenovus.
