In October 2020 I followed in the footsteps of the brave men of 617 Squadron, by recreating their flights down the dams of the Peak District, the precursor to the daring raid on the dams of the Ruhr Valley in Germany, of 1943. During this raid, 53 men were lost and 3 captured. 

This fundraiser is dedicated not only to their memory, but to the memories of the thousands of brave servicemen and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
