Damien's Help To Cure The Future

Help to cure the future · 30 April 2014
Hello and welcome to my page, I hope here I can give something back to what I believe is a great cause (cancer research)
Four years ago at the age of 28 i noticed a suspicious looking mole on my left thigh, I went to see my gp and from there I got referred to the Christie cancer hospital in Manchester where the doctor told me he suspected it might be melanoma, melanoma being the most dangerous skin cancer so we did a small biopsy, it was a really anxious wait and then the results came back as the Dr first suspected it was stage 1 malignant melanoma and that's when it started....
Fast forward four years and three operations later.. I now have stage 4 terminal cancer with no cure available.. the cancer has now gone from my skin to lymph nodes and now my lungs and will spread even further in time..
The chances are I won't be here next year although I like to stay positive I know it's still highly unlikely, At the minute though Im doing really well and without the research that goes in to cancer I probably wouldn't be here now to share this time with my family which I love dearly
Cancer will touch us all in are life times even if it's not directly so I ask all my friends family and followers to put something back in the tank, just a small donation to help the fight against cancer ..I need your help cancer patients need your help and I'm sure the
cancer patients family's need your help
Help us win the fight
Thanks Damien :)
