I feel that this is a very worthy charity and having suffered anxiety myself it should be encouraged for people  to open up. It is especially difficult for men and I personally found it hard to admit I was struggling at the time. It is certainly nothing to be ashamed of and it can touch anyone of us at any time of our lives it takes a lot of courage for some to open up with their struggles  .  It can be a lonely place but this charity offers amazing support . I wanted do something to keep active after going through difficult  times personally and taking on this challenge by exercise is a great way to focus the mind and support this worthy challenge.
