Just Finished the Half Marathon, it was brilliant! Painful in parts but I managed to finish in under 2 hours which is a real achievement for my first time over that distance!

Essentially, I'm going to go running a lot in the next this next year!

1) Santa Dash 5k -a 5km run through Liverpool dressed as santa (4/12/11)- FINISHED in 22:31

2) Liverpool Half Marathon (18/3/12)- FINISHED in 1:59.37

3) Liverpool Marathon (14/10/12)

4) The Tough Mudder- half marathon over an Obstacle course (18/11/12) With Ez, Jay and Nick as "UnCool Runnings"

5) Finish the year as I started it with Santa Dash 2012

I'm putting myself through all of this to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Care. We all know people who have been affected by cancer and chances are a lot of us have and will benefit from the care and support that Macmillan give. More than anything my Grandma is my motivation, I hope she would be proud of me.

I'm going to start with a low target of £500 and if everyone gets behind me then I might up it to see how much we can get!
