I have been playing chess since I was eight years old and I still very much enjoy playing the game today.

As a fundraiser for Chess in Schools and Communities (CSC) I am organising a simultaneous display between Malcolm Pein, one of the top British chess players, and members of the Barclays Chess Club on 08/03/2012 at One Churchill Place.

By doing so I want to support a charity that reaches out to children in schools and inner city communities. CSC has already introduced chess to 80 schools in the UK but depends on donations for further expansion so please dig deep and donate now.

Any donation large or small is much appreciated so thank you very much in advance for your generosity.
