Myself, Marcos and Robert are running the London leg of the British 10K on Sunday the 12th July, in order to raise money for Ali's dream, a charity set up by mothers best friend.

Below is a link to the charities website, which explains more about the history and focus of Ali's dream. On a personal note I believe it is a wonderfull and very worthy cause and an organistaion which is very close to my family and the community from St. Josephs RC primary school in Harrow.

All we are asking for is a small donation and if we reach our target, then the three of us (plus my brother who has his own website, see: www.justgiving.com/jonathanprazer) will be running the event in dolphin suits, which is the symbol of the charity.
