This April I will be running my first ever marathon for Sported and my aim is to raise £2,000 for this wonderful charity.  Sported are a brilliant charity in the UK who do so much for young people through  grassroots sport and physical activity, and I can’t thank them enough for giving me this opportunity. 

As well as raising money for the fantastic Sported, I am running in memory of the 4 amazing family members that I lost in 2022 (Patrick Bristow, Jane Blackwell, Francis Abrams & Ron Bristow), for my father who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2022 and for someone who still inspires me everyday, my dear friend Will Acres who we sadly lost back in 2018.

Without all of these people, I wouldn’t be the person that I am today.
