I have completed the Parish Walk six times since 2007. Each year I put myself through a personal challenge of fitness and determination, this year I have decided to add that little more pressure to myself and promote a charity that is close to my heart by aiming to raise funds  for the British Legion.  

Each year most of you will support the Poppy Appeal. Every poppy helps to support the British Armed Forces past and present, and their families. This appeal does run all year round so please extend your generosity and show all these people that we care.
