Sometimes (certainly I have) we take for granted how lucky we are to live the lives that we do. Having not raised money for charity before, my aim is simply to make a difference to someone's life and hopefully make it better.

I'm taking part in the Olympic distance Triathlon which will be a major challenge. In recent months I've been running and cycling but this will be a whole different story...
