I was inspired when I met Freddie's parents at a fund raiser and their drive and spirit and obvious love had me promising my support in minutes, so here's what I plan to do to raise some money.
September Weekend #1

Tough Mudder 10 mile assault course
September 14th i plan to run non-stop up Crag Hill, the longest continual ascent the the UK

October 4th The Abersoch Half Marathon

October 5th I plan to run/walk from the foot to the peak of Mount Snowdon
November Weekend #3
November 1st I will be doing the Hell Runner in the Forest Of Dean, I did this last year and its tough..http://www.hellrunner.co.uk
November 2nd I will be completing the Winter Wolf Run 10k Assault Course http://www.thewolfrun.com/winterwolf
I hope to raise £2000 so please give generously for a worthy cause and a remarkable and brave and worthy child with a good heart and a winning smile. It will be nice if we can make a difference together.
