I am running the New York Marathon on 6th November 2016 to raise money for The Dash Charity.

Every penny of sponsorship raised will go to The Dash Charity. You are not paying towards my entry, my airfare, my hotel etc.

You are though helping to encourage me in my ambition to run a marathon in every decade of my life, and on every continent on the earth. This marathon will count as my third decade and second continent.

I have supported the Dash Charity since 2011. I hope you will be able to find out more about what they do and be kind enough to sponsor me. They do a difficult but brilliant job supporting the victims of domestic abuse in Berkshire.

I am very fortunate, my life brings me many choices and through my work I help our clients to realise the choices they have. By supporting The Dash Charity, we can all help to bring much needed support to those who often feel they have no choices.
