This year my boys lost their lovely 'Auntie Nieces' to this vile disease. Our family has lost a special lady, Beth and Alex a wonderful mum, Richard a gorgeous wife, Diane a beautiful sister.

This year we are also celebrating David Cole's continued recovery as he fights on in his quest to beat this illness.

That's why I'm running this year. Spare a moment to think of them and please dig deep.
