This year I am taking on three big challenges. I am starting with the Chester Ultra, which is a 50 mile multi-terrain event on March 10th. I am then taking part in the Virgin London Marathon on April 22nd, thanks to Burnden Road Runners. Then, on the weekend of May 26th-27th I will be running (and walking!) from London to Brighton, a distance of 100km. I would like to take the opportunity of attempting, and hopefully completing these wonderful events, on behalf of Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary. Our dog Bruce came from BAS which is a local charity doing amazing work on behalf of many different types of animals. We are still grateful for the way Bruce was looked after there until we were lucky enough to take him home and let him rule our lives! I would like to raise money for Bleakholt as a thank you to them for the contribution they make to animal welfare.
