Hey lovely peoples....so this year I thought I would ring the changes and rather than doing the usual race I'm gonna get down and dirty with the Pretty Muddy version....all still in aid of Cancer research. 
There can't be many of us who haven't been touched by this disease in some way or other, either for ourselves or family or friends......I know that I have lost loved ones and my loved ones have had their losses too.....so this is for them, in their memory....and it is also to celebrate those who have come through the other side and kicked this diseases ass, for the health workers and shoulders who have been cried upon. If you are able to I would be so honoured to accept your donations......any amounts gratefully accepted and I'm sure carefully spent on our behalves.
It's gonna get messy....bring on the mud!!!!
