This autumn I am once again running a variety of races including the Cardiff (Oct 16) and Conwy (Nov 20) Half-Marathons and I would like your help to raise money for a very worthwhile cause - Ty Gobaith in Conwy. Ty Gobaith/Hope House is a children's hospice and depends on donations to offer many children rest and respite in what often proves to be their final days.
