I have completed full distance Ironman UK on 3rd July 2022 in memory of my mum and dad who both were battling with cancer until the end. My parents used to run NGOs to help people in need and influenced positively so many.

There is so much bad press and political talk going around about refugees together with some media portraying refugees as anonymous, faceless masses.

The crew of 'Mo Chara' have assisted over 15,000 people in distress situations at Mediterranean sea.
