I will be growing a moustache (Mo) for november in aid of Movember which supports the prostate cancer charity. Movember challenges men to change their appearance and the face of men’s health by growing a moustache. The rules are simple, start Movember 1st  clean shaven and then grow a moustache for the entire month.  The moustache becomes the ribbon for men’s health, the means by which awareness and funds are raised for cancers that affect men.  Much like the commitment to run or walk for charity, the men of Movember commit to growing a moustache for 30 days. 

As you can see my handle bar Mo is already impressive and will be amazing by November 30! I will be keeping you updated on facebook of the adventures me and my Mo get up to but the first one was getting my new tattoo (see pictures).

I am going out to Germany for UFC 122 to corner Nick and Andre so I'll be sporting the Mo at the weigh ins and while doing their corners so it will be getting some good exposure.
