In October we will be completing the 10k Royal Marine Commando Challenge! I involves a two mile run, then the course, then another 2 mile run caked in mud, battered and bruised! The course includes:

The Sheep Dip - two 2 meter long fully submerged concrete tunnles
Alligator Pit - 60 meter long trench full of waist high Devon orange mud
Peters Pool - Chest high flowing ice cold water
Twin Tunnle - 20 meter long pitch black tunnles

So any cash you can spare to help raise money for the Devon Air Ambulance will be gratefully recieved!!
