My dream has finally come true! 

 

What an amazing feeling to know I'll be running the London Marathon next year to raise money for Rainbow Centre for Children.

  

The Rainbow Centre provides free and professional support to children and their families affected by bereavement, life threatening illness and cancer.  They offer art, play and music therapy, counselling, homoeopathy and massage therapy.  Every therapy session costs The Rainbow Centre £30 so any help that you can give them really makes a difference to the children and families that they support.  For more information on what your support means, please visit http://www.rainbowcentre.org.uk.

Recession or no recession, I've just gone on a major shopping spree and am kitted out with gloves, ear warmers and  thermal tights for those cold, dark training nights that await me!  I start my training schedule beginning of November so I'll keep you up to date with my progress ;-)
