I'm challenging myself to a DECHOX and giving up chocolate for March to raise money for lifesaving heart research.  So many people are touched by the work of the BHF.

My husband has done the London-Brighton bike ride in aid of BHF.

My Grandad used to do a lot of work with them in our area.

And this is my challenge - to not eat chocolate for an entire month! In fact it'll be longer because I'm going to try and start for lent and carry on through the whole of March.  If I have your support, I really am more likely to complete the challenge!
