I’ve decided to take part in British Heart Foundation’s Dechox as anyone who knows me will know that giving up chocolate for a month will be more challenging for me than training for a marathon! My Grandad is my motivation for doing this as he has obtained many heart problems over the years but we are lucky enough to still have him here with us, not everyone can say that about their loved ones. One of the biggest killers in the UK is heart disease so any donations will be greatly appreciated for such a good cause.
