Aching Arms, bringing comfort after loss. We bring hope and comfort to bereaved parents' aching arms by giving a teddy bear to hold. Each bear, is given in memory of another precious baby's life lost too soon and is a gift with love from one family to another.

Story

I will be walking 10 days of the Coast to Coast walk on my own, from St Bees to Richmond. I will be camping along the way. I am stressed and worried, as I have never done anything like this before.

Several people asked me if I was doing this hike for a Charity, and thinking about it, it would be a great idea to raise some money for Aching Arms. This is an amazing charity helping bereaving parents. Their support and their little bears are so important for people going through this terrible time.

I had 2 stillborn babies: Ronnie and Rosie. They were my pride, they were beautiful. After delivering them, the midwife gave me a little bear. The bears became my babies and they are a big part of our family now. On this walk, I will take my Teddy Rosie with me. A girly walk, a Mum and daughter's walk.

If you can give a donation so more parents like me can get a bear, can receive comfort, can cuddle and love their bears as much as they would love to cherish their own baby, it would be amazing -:)
