Many of you know that my brother in law Jason (pictured above)sadly took his own life recently after a hard battle aged just 32. Jason was a lovely, caring young man,  with a massive heart. He’s left a massive hole in our lives. Hopefully by putting myself through some pain this weekend I can raise some funds for Bucks Mind so they can continue the excellent work they do helping people struggling with mental health issues.If you can spare a few pounds  it will all be going to a good cause. Maybe you could just donate the price of a pint. My good colleague Mark Shaw is doing this madness with me. We’ll be cycling over 170 miles over two days through the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, taking on the biggest hills in the Chilterns.
