Story

Hello!

The University of Glasgow is organising a sponsored cycle,  to raise money for the Paul O'Gorman Leukaemia Research Centre, Glasgow.

Katie Diane and Karen will be cycling 26 miles on the 15th of August in order to raise money for this worthy cause. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated. When you are deciding how much to donate please bear in mind the following:

1) Diane will be cycling a old banger of a bicycle bought for £25 from a church sale and she seriously struggles to cycle uphill.

2) Katie's bike is also a rickety old gal so it wont be an easy ride (but she does have a pretty basket)

3) Neither of us possess any level of fitness whatsoever.

4) Diane has been known to crash into the curb for no apparent reason and fall off her bike while cycling on a deserted road.

In conclusion it wont be easy but it will most certainly be fun! Please make an assessment of the pain and suffering we are likely to endure and may this reflect in your kind donation.

Love,

Diane and Katie
