Dillon Woods is raising money for Donald Woods Foundation

Story

This initiative is to raise money for sports equipment for clubs we are playing against in Mdantsane township and rural parts of the Eastern Cape around Kingwilliamstown and Xesi in February '08. This is a partnership between the Foundation, Border Cricket and Claygate Cricket Club (the pic was taken just yesterday).

If you can give just £10 or £20 to this project, 100% of the money we raise for donating through this site will go to this much needed equipment. Donating this way is simple, fast and totally secure. The Donald Woods Foundation is dedicated to fighting poverty through education, health and community-building programmes in South Africa. Current programmes include screening over 1,000 people a month for HIV, supporting and caring for those who are HIV positive and an orphans and vulnerable children programme. The new 100 schools programme is designed to address any and every aspect of a school's development in deeply impoverished, rural communities, working in partnership with the Dept of Education.
