We all have our own reasons for doing this and we all know people who have been through cancer, either family of friends. Cancer is unfortunately something that touches most of us as some point in our lives. Chris & Julie are doing this in memory of their dad (Emily's Grandpa) who passed away from cancer 18 years ago. Research has already come a long way since then and life expectancy for bowel cancer has increased which means that they get to spend more time with their families and see their children and grandchildren growing up. Every donation helps toward this.

Events like this are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring us, we can unite and create an army that cancer can't ignore. By sponsoring us, we will beat cancer sooner.
