Alzheimer's Society - Cycle London to Paris 2011 · 14 September 2011 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

In September I will be embarking the challenge of cycling from London to Paris.  This four day trip covers 500km and will no doubt test my mid-life fitness.  The most daunting part however (aside from the obvious chaffing) is being required to stay in two star accommodation...

I am supporting this charity in memory of my dear dad who was a keen cyclist and whom I hope would be extremely proud of my achievement.

Now for the fun part...along with your kind donation please state in the comment box provided how many hours and minutes you think I will be in the saddle.  The winner will receive a magnum of Champagne.
