Hi Everyone,

So here’s my next great idea!.. obviously no alcohol was involved in the
decision making process of my late night application to do this!

I honestly don't know why I continue to put myself through things like this but Saturday, 14th July 2018, I will taking centre ring at the Barbican and competing in the York Ultra White Collar Boxing tournament to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

The event is now well established and looks to be a great night! I will be
training over the next 8 weeks prior to the fight to ensure that I am in peak physical perfection for the fight (or at least enough that I will be able to hold my guard up).

This is a fantastic event raising money Cancer Research UK who I am sure you are all aware do fantastic work to beat cancer.  On a personal level my family has been victim to the physical and emotional pain cancer brings and I am sure most readers of this will have experienced the devastation it causes which is why continued fund raising is vital.

I will be selling tickets to the event and will put information on my Facebook page. If any of you are able to make it I am told by friends who have attended other UWCB events that they are a fantastic night and atmosphere. It would also be a massive support to myself to walk into the ring with lots of cheers on the night. 

Normal Tickets are £20 each

VIP Tables for 10 people near the ring are £350 

If people would like to club together for a table I need to give £100 deposit per table in the next few weeks to secure.

I have set up this just giving page for you to Donate and easily comply with the Gift Aid regulations. If people would prefer to sponsor me in person then let me know. 

I will try to keep you all updated from time to time with my progress and am really grateful for any donations you can afford.
