I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year for the first time.. 

This will be my 3rd sponsored walk/run. I have previously participated in Rainbows children hospital and LOROS .

I started doing the runs 2 years ago after being too old to continue to be on the bone marrow donation register which I joined many years ago after losing my Dad (aged 46) at a young age (19) to Leukemia.

I hope you will be generous to me and my colleagues with your donation for this 5K run.
