I've done the Marathon now, but i've left this page up for people to donate to Phab kids - its a great cause and thankyou for your help.

original Message "Every year i see the London Marathon on TV and wander what it would be like to do the marathon.  Each year i'm getting older so i thought i'd better do the marathon soon.  I've been trudging up and down the canal in Stoke and hitting the country roads for training.  I got 18 miles done a few months back and needed rescuing, then i did 20 miles more recently with a 15 mile pit stop.  Well, the big day is on Sunday and i'm going to give it my best shot.  The long runs are easier to handle knowing the funds that i raise are going to Phab Kids charity :)
