Greetings fellows, I am doing a thing!  A physical exercise type thing!

Me!  Who'd a thunk it!?

I’m huffing my fat arse up and down 4200 stairs within Murrayfield Stadium to raise funds for the charity SAMH in memory of Daz O'Connell & Lesleyann Cameron.  Two dear souls who sadly were taken from us far too soon.

SAMH is the Scottish Association for Mental Health, and have been providing mental health social care and support, tackling homelessness, addictions and providing employment services and working in promoting suicide prevention to communities across Scotland since 1923.

We all struggle with various aspects of mental health from time to time whether personally or through its effects on our loved ones.  Your donation can go towards helping provide vital and lifesaving services to those who need it most.

Anything you can spare would be most welcome.

Thank you all,

Drew. xx
