This is an update

This page has been active for a little while, today I got devastating news that my long time friend and founder of Safe Foundation Lucy Dickenson passed away whilst doing charity work in Zambia.  She has spent so many years building up this charity to help the people around the world who are finding it difficult to find some respite, there were no restrictions, no borders, not confined by religious motives, just straight up help for people who needed it.

So right now its more important than ever that we come together as friends and help keep beautiful Lucy' legacy alive.  Me and my friends Dylan, Richard & Bevan (and anyone else who cares to join us) are raising money by running a half marathon around our hometown of Cardiff.

The stories and tales they bring back from some countries are heartbreaking so this is our way of helping them, help other people out.
