We’re Mind, the mental health charity, working across England & Wales. We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support & advice, & fight your corner. Thanks for fundraising for national Mind.

Story

As many of you know, I am a strong advocate for the importance of mental health. It affects so many lives in so many ways, and receiving the right support and help can really make a difference. I personally have had experienced the some of the serious negative effects that can occur when you do not take care of your mental health. I am determined to try and ensure others do not make the same mistake.

As a result, my friends and I are going to exhaust ourselves physically in order to help benefit others mentally! For those that know me, running 10 miles is going to be no easy feat! For those that know Ryan and Gus, they will know some of the obstacles may prove difficult for them, so have committed to running the race in armbands to assist with their lack of aquatic ability.

Any support you could give would really help. Not only in donating to a great cause, but sharing our cause to help spread awareness. Please help us make a real difference to people's lives.
