Nina & Ed do Land's End to John o' Groats · 28 April 2018

We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. We challenge discrimination and provide local expert services so no one has to face a mental health problem alone. Help us shape the future of mental health.

Story

We are embarking on an epic cycling adventure, 1050 miles from the Southernmost tip of England (Land's End) to the Northernmost tip of Scotland (John O'Groats). Ouch!

Neither of us have done anything like this before, so it feels like quite a unique and significant moment in our lives.

Because of this, we thought we'd take the opportunity to raise some money for a Hackney-based charity - 'Mind in Hackney'. They give invaluable support to anyone experiencing mental health problems, including therapy sessions, workshops, counselling, advice on welfare rights, benefit entitlements etc.

We've lived in Hackney for nearly 3 years, so we've chosen a local charity in order to give something back to the community we love.

If you'd like to support their work, feel free to donate something small - any amount will be appreciated and go a long way.

Thanks,
Ed & Nina
