It is now a little over a week since I finished the marathon and my thighs have just about stopped aching, I am able to walk in a near normal fashion and I don't have an insatiable thirst for lucozade.
I did not, unfortunately, complete the challenge I set myself and instead crossed the line in 3hours and 40 minutes.
However, thanks to all your generous donations I have managed to achieve the other rather more important challenge of raising lots of money for Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.
You can continue to donate to the Hospice through this site for another couple of months so that's at least 2 more pay days when you could dig deep and cough up...
Thank you again for all your support,
Edd
P.S. As you may well be aware, donating through the JustGiving site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
