Hi Everyone,

So my story is not really about me at all - it is about one of my dearest friends. She is the most beautiful person - both inside and out. In November 2016 she had the day any girl dreams of and married the man she loves. We are all thankful of this because in December 2016 she was rushed to hospital. She started to have seizures and so remained in hospital over Christmas. Tests were carried, scans were taken and the cause of the seizures was a brain tumour. The bride and groom's honeymoon to Cuba would have to wait! 

Since that moment I have never seen so much determination from any one person to stay positive in all my life. Sarah is 25 years old. I can't even comprehend what this last 5 months has been like. Seizures and tests, scans and medications, sickness and change. 

The Brain Tumour Charity is an obvious choice to give all my support to. Not only do they carry out extensive research but they also provide support for families and victims of this terrible disease.
