Ladies and Gentlemen,

May I present: Alan, Arjun, Manish, Nik, Raj, Rajiv and Spoon, members of the ESK Gentlemens' Club. We are men of leisure who enjoy the finer things in life, including meats, raquetsport and crunk.

Naturally we thought it would be a good idea to take part in an endurance marathon, dubbed "the toughest event on the planet".

On the 17th November we will be running "Tough Mudder", which is a 13-mile (thats a half-marathon), cross country obstacle course designed by the Special Forces to test our all round strength, stamina, mental grit, and chat.

Obstacles include fire, crawling through narrow waterlogged tunnels, zapped with 10,000 volts of electricity, fire, 12ft high walls to climb/jump/cry over, cliff faces, FIRE, muddy bogs, fire, ice cold lakes and mud. Also fire. 

We are also raising as many donations as possible for 'Richard House Childrens' Hospice'. The children's hospice, based in Newham, east London provides care and support for life-limited children and children with complex healthcare conditions and their families across London. The aim is to create positive experiences during these childrens' lives that become good memories for the future.  To find out more please visit www.richardhouse.org.uk (regd. charity no. 1059029).
