In July 2016, I have made the very questionable decision to swap my summer dresses for some (not sexy) lycra and take the 299 mile, 3 day trip from London to Paris... ON A BIKE! You all know that I LOVE a challenge, but in order for me to make a substantial impact on innocent people suffering from breast cancer, I knew I'd have to face something extreme.

I'm used to taking long, fast rides out across the countryside. The issue being that this is always on a horse (rather than a bike!), which admittedly, does most of the work for you. The closest I have come to this was my last challenge, a half marathon (which nearly saw me off) - I'm therefore hoping that a pair of wheels significantly aids these legs of mine to make up that slight 286 mile difference!!!

The majority of us have been affected, or know someone that has been affected by this terrible illness. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK and affects one woman every 10 minutes. BreastCancer Now is a charity that funds research in to breast cancer and has set a target to find a cure for the cancer by 2050! I am determined to help this very worthy cause, but of course, cannot manage this without your generous donations.
