Big Black Mountain Challenge · 12 August 2016

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

On Friday 12th August 2016 I organised and thankfully successfully completed the Wates Group Big Black Mountains Challenge to raise money for the Prince's Trust charity.

This company wide charity hike event consisted of 15 employees tackling a 32 mile (53k) hike in one day.  The Black Mountains form part on the Brecon Beacons and we will cover a total of 2,400 metres (7,875ft) over 15 climbs each at 660 metres or more above sea level.

Then I'll be getting on my bike to do the Palace to Palace ride covering 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle on 2nd October.

Please help by sponsoring me and thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Happy hiking & biking :-)
