I have chosen to run the Plymouth 10k in November for Cancer Research UK as it is a personal charity to me. My Mum battled through Breast Cancer and my Nan had non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Unfortunately, we lost Nan on August 18th 2012 after she suffered from a second stroke. 

I am trying to raise £78 for Cancer Research UK as the run will be held on what would have been my Nan's 78th birthday.
